Origin: Dessert, Everyday Enjoyment

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ c flour
  • 1 whole egg and 1 egg yolk
  • ½ c sugar
  • 2 oz flaked coconut
  • 1 T margarine
  • Cinnamon/sugar mixture

Directions

  1. Make a dough out of all the ingredients. Roll the dough into several marrow round rolls and refrigerate them overnight or for several hours.

  2. Slice each roll into small slices and roll each slice in the cinnamon/sugar mixture.

  3. Bake on a greased sheet until light brown.
